I've always loved shots above the clouds. I find them quite spectacular.

Thanks for sharing.

I really appreciate the comments and compliments. Thank you so much everyone!

I'm just happy to capture cool images of real people living their lives and places I see and experience.

When I used to surf a group of us referred to ourselves as "soul surfers" we would surf just for the joy of it and the friendships we made, not to win contests, not to get sponsored just to surf and hang with our buddies. Photography lately has taken a similar path. I shoot just for the enjoyment. I don't sell my pics, shoot for $ or enter contests. I just do it because it feels like the thing to do. You guys and myself are pretty much the only people who see my pics. I appreciate having such a great group of friends and the fact we all share in each others experiences and vision. You are all talented and I learn from your images daily.

Real nice shots today Ric. Even the first one with his face cut off. Very effective and dramatic.
And your shots are so sharp!
Great work.

Filters I don't use no stinking filters. That's what Photoshop is for. :)

In about 12 hours I'll be in Peru. Inca faces to follow.
