Yea, I perform that same procedure for uploading to this site. Your steps are the same as mine. My issue is moving files from post-processing software, such as Lightroom or Photoshop. I typically email it out of LR to my email account, then save to iCloud. That's where i'm losing my EFIX data. I'm sure there is a better method.
Hi Phillydog,
when i've finished my processing in PS & LR I simply go to "file" and then down to "export" and I've set this up to export as a JPEG (72 DPI) to a folder on my desktop... try it...it saves EXIF data O.K. ...works for me.

Great shots! Can anyone enlighten me as to why Nikon is adding video capability to these cameras? If I wanted video, I'd buy a vid specific unit

Once one camera company does it they all think "we better do it as well or we'll get left behind"... wait a few years and they'll probably all make toast as well.... heh heh
I bought mine to "take" photographs... maybe (just maybe) I'll shoot some video one day but then again maybe not... that's just the way the world is going I guess.
If you doubt me - just try to buy a cell phone that only makes (and receives telephone calls).... nothing else .... it's impossible.
cheers

Just did the San Diego Zoo and the lots of the San Diego Harbor, here are some of those SHOTS

I am just practicing with the combo and getting ready for an Alaska cruise and inland tour scheduled for July, so looking forward to this trip.
