Not to say that isn't true, but FaceBook compresses and strips so much from any photo uploaded that it pretty much becomes useless from a professional printing perspective.

Since hurricane Andrew ( a bunch of exotic reptiles were inadvertently released then ) in the Everglades area and a bit north of there... A few decades of any exotic released here in Florida results in an invasion... and they've been creeping further and further north each year here... We now...

You'll find that over the last few years, the two OS makers, MS and Apple, due to increased nefarious players, have been tightening their respective OS's to be more restrictive in allowing access to different areas and functions of the common computers... Just about every release/patch of the OS...

@Danno Try this first... Change the file format in the camera to one of the other (less new) format... and just snap a few shots and load that image and see if LR handles it... I believe that camera probably defaults to Nikon's new HEIF file format... Try one(some) of the others. I don't see...

@Danno Did you try one of the other formats in the Z8 such as DNG, before you make the determination that the NEF files for the Z8 don't work????? Usually, Adobe is pretty quick to add Nikon's cameras to Camera Raw... Moving from LR to CP1 is a bigger learning curve than the one you're about...

I would probably remove the entire clump of stuff in the lower right corner, and try to re-arrange the horizon line... that one far-left branch causes the horizon/surf line looks like it's lower on the left side than the right side...looks like it's dipping on the left...
