My Z7ii has a menu option to select the available EVF views. It's in the Setup Menu under the "Limit Monitor mode Selection" Does the Z5 have that? By pressing the EVF button, it cycles thru the different settings.

What @Clovishound said... Additionally, RAW has no profile. You can't see RAW... It's just data. Everything you see is a profile that's been applied to the RAW data... That profile is someone's interpretation... if you like it, use it. If not, and you want to change it, do it and make it your own.

It's the normal thing to do with Nikon cameras... Z8s aren't exclusive to this. :)
