    Is this a good deal?

Holy Cow... I just noticed that shutter count. He's got more actuations on that camera that I had on my 9 year old D810... He must be one of those "let's see how long I can press the shutter until the battery dies" type spray and pray shooters.

    Is this a good deal?

I don't think so.... He's awfully proud of that battery grip because the camera/battery/charger go for $700-$800 all day

Anyone owned both the D7200 and D7100?

That's the sole reason I went full frame many years ago. So I wouldn't need to do all those silly calculations...

Anyone owned both the D7200 and D7100?

I've never experienced that w/my D810... hand-held softness comes from movement and less expensive glass... shutter speed and good glass resolves any "softness" issues.

Anyone owned both the D7200 and D7100?

I sold my D300, D850, D750 and all my f mount lens except 2. None of those cameras would even begin to compare to the Z7II I bought.
