Okay, Here is my first submission. With the summer heat in the triple digits finding flowers that are wilted proves to be a challenge. Hoping to get out next weekend and get some more shots. Some just don't look appropriate in Black & White...

Really?! REALLY?!?! I've seen your work, mate. Post away and be proud of it. The idea with these things is to stretch, not to win anything. Truth be told, what I thought was my best stuff didn't place in past months, while afterthoughts that came out better than I'd hoped for got selected. If nothing else it helps you see what the world thinks, AND it can get you shooting things you've never thought to shoot before.
