I love shooting in fog. Depending on the subject it can add either mystery or peacefulness to a scene.

Nice, Art! Bridges and fog go together like peanut butter and jelly. Actually it was that same shot in the landscape thread that inspired this post.

Laura, I love that barn shot! Beautiful composition.

Love this thread. Some beautiful photos. I'm with Bill . . . not much fog . . . and somehow post-processing it in seems unfair.

We hardly see fog here in North Texas either. A couple of years ago I visited Boothbay Harbor, Maine and saw it nearly every day. Couldn't resist the opportunity!

I do not have such places. New Delhi, the capital of India, is completely westernized and it's hardly to find something of that sort. Tomorrow, perhaps, i may go out riding on my Bull (Royal Enfield, if you wanna google it) in search of something. :)

Cool, happy it inspired this folder!!

So, I will add one more. For some reason, I just remembered I took this one too on one of those rare foggy days and I like it as well. I was at Col. Samuel Smith Park and you could see the mist coming in. This was all done at the spur of the moment. I looked, pointed and shot before the guy disappeared in the mist.

Something about Fog/Mist, I just love it. It provides great photo ops, I wish I would see more of it. Add some B&W and you have some killer images!

I don't know if I posted this here anywhere yet. I have it in my Nikonites folder, but I can't remember!
