Great images! I love Vienna - one of my favorite cities. St. Stephens is amazing! Did you also get to Karlskirche? I was there last year and the altar is very similar. There is an image in the thread that I linked. Love the Hungary shots too!

Thank you all for your kind comments. It's nice to know that I didn't drag all the weight (camera + 3 lenses) for nothing. The most useful thing for me was without a doubt the monopod used for almost all the interior shots. I don't think that VR would have been enough.

I've played around with street shots from Budapest and Vienna. Opening single file with Photomatix, I came to what I find interesting atmosphere.

Apparently, this is a rare kind that lives only in Hungary.

OK, so these were taken today.

2 piano persons and this morning's surprise when I left my house. Every morning the river has something new for me.

Today is rainy dark but the foliage is just at it's best. The rain makes it shine and adds such a nice saturation to it. So does photoshop.

Reminds me of all the oak trees I had in my yard as a kid in Chambly. Nice shot, Marcel.

My grandfather tuned this person's piano when she was just a kid. My father tuned her piano when she got married.
now she has 2 great grand children and I take care of her piano. Life goes on.
She was not too happy about this piano portrait project of mine. She insisted that she never wants to see the picture.

Had to drive someone to Montreal for medical reasons and came back as it was getting darker and duller. I thought this would nicely reflect the reality of fall.

I especially like the portrait shots, Marcel, especially the sepia. You captured the eyes nicely --great shooting angle!
