That looks awesome! Way better than what I broke! That looks well made, and I see what you mean. We used something like that in shop, when I used one in junior high! :D

Heroes the device i was talking about Bill. It is all steel except for the round hose homer and of course could be painted any color. We use them in the shop to hod sander cords and dust collection hoses out of the way and also to hang our boredom tool.View attachment 212548

Vacuums of that type already exist Bill. You plug the tool into the vac and when you trigger the tool the vacuum starts.

Someday I might try to get one, if I have the money for it!:)

Thanks for telling me!:)

Yes that might be an idea sometime in the future if or when I can afford the stuff to set that up!:)

I would have to put it together myself, for the satisfaction as much as the money savings.
But you need to be an electrical hobbyist to pull something like that off.

Another cool idea would be to run the vacuum exhaust out a window so you don't have to mess with bags.

Just thinking out loud...

Well guys, both Fein and Festool have shop vacs that perform that function. Of course they are both pricey tools but they last forever and perform flawlessly. I have run dust out the window and I can tell you. it makes the neighbors a little bit testy.

Lol Yes I can imagine what my neighbors would say if I did that out a window! Lol ;)

Good morning my friends! I couldn't sleep so I decided to make and eat dinner early!lol :)
Boneless chicken thighs with mushroom soup baked in a casserole, and when it is done I will put it on top of rice! Never tried using boneless thighs for this, but it taste great with regular chicken thighs, so it should be good this way too(knock on wood)! Lol :D

Well my early early dinner turned out good but not great. It needed more salt and pepper and regular chicken thighs are better due to having skin bones and fat all adding flavor. But it is still good and adding some salt to my serving helps improve it quite a bit.lol :)

Anyway it is an easy meal to make, especially with a rice cooker that automatically cooks the rice til done. Give it a try! Potatoes work even better than rice to me for taste, but are more work.lol ;)

Well I think I will be able to sleep tonight, and go to my shrink tomorrow to get my meds adjusted if needed.:)
I may take my D800e with me to try to get a landscape maybe, on my way home. As my buddy @RON has recently mentioned, I should try to get more shots to post! If I can pull off the road far enough to be safe, I may try to get a shot or two for the monthly challenge this month!:)

Hey my friends, are any of these worth adding to the monthly challenge for wide angle shots?

I think I lucked out. Last night a limb fell out of the tree by my apartment, or so I think that is what happened. There are sticks all over. Anyway I believe that is what took a chunk out of the rain shield over one of my side window of my truck. I think the rain shield saved the side window from being busted out of my truck. I am trying to look at the bright side of the situation, even though my rain shield is busted on the rear passenger side. So you can see why I think I lucked out.

Now my truck is parked on the lawn/mowed weeds, and I will keep parking there I think until the dead limbs are cut out of the tree. Some of those limbs would really wreck my truck if they fall on it, and I called the management about it. He said it would be alright to park on the lawn when I asked, to avoid being under the dead limbs.:)

I have to wait for them to call back about what they will do, and as long as I can park on the lawn, I'm not going to try to rush anybody.lol :)

The second one has a leading line. :)
Always learning department!
Apparently I knew what a leading line was without having ever heard the term before!

I was going to ask for a definition, but decided to try Google instead. Easy!
How to Use Leading Lines for Better Compositions - Digital Photography School

And yes, Bill, they are good pictures!

Edit: darn, I cannot submit this picture for the monthly challenge since I took it last December! :)
Hopefully I can do something for June.

Nice job Bill. The fence line works quite well and you have very good definition in the clouds.

Thanks my friend! The polarizing filter seems to work pretty good in bring out the blue in the sky. I am trying to work it so that I use the filter more even though it requires more care, when it is on the lens being carried. I'm sure I will get more use to it as time goes by.:)
