Thanx Whiskeyman I'm so glad my 35mm let me crop so severely and still end up with a nice shot of him. He is a very handsome fella and in his 11mnths since joining our family he has managed to absolutely decimate the insane rodent population which in my eyes makes him even more attractive!

MoabLady we've been so lucky with such a crazily mild winter so far but I'm already really tired of the white snow and white cloudy skies Sigh I wouldn't mind some cold temps if it would bring some blue skies :)

Day #22
River bed- wish I could say this is black and white. At least it was warm out but had to be very careful standing down in snow covered river bed

River is pretty darn low

Park above the river will mostly likely flood again and become an extension of the river in Spring

I wanted to capture the pink glow in the cloud/fog by the mill lights but too many trees in the way and river not frozen enough for me :)

The sigma Macro lens was defective sadly but they had something new and fun in the store :)
Playing with my new lens but wished it wasn't so dreary and dark out so I could lower my iso
Sliding snow and melting ice

Need a brighter a day so I can use try F12 and if I can unblur some of those icicles

Had fun but really wish it wasn't so dark out

Realized late last night that I hadn't used my camera. So you get a super high iso shot of little Croaky the western toad that found itself in our basement flood.
Iso 4000 f4 1/50

Nocturnal hunters so only got 2 tries before it went into hiding in the dark

LOL Lawrence I don't know why my uploads sometimes just disappear on me but I can't imagine anything of mine being exciting enough for the FBI haha especially since I'm Canadian :)
