Day 237 - August 25th, 2013..

Wanted to process the photos from yesterdays trip to Fort at No. 4 and also needed to pick and prep 10 photo's for a contest at work. (Best selected will be matted, framed and used as wall art in the building...)

So, where I was busy at home... we decided to fire up the smoker and do up a batch of meat...

Getting the coals ready....

The chicken.... all seasoned with a rub and ready ot go in!

Country ribs left, beef roast center and more ribs with pork loin...
1st is raw... 2nd is seasoned ready to cook....

Here are 2 racks full of meat ... cooking away....

Day 238 - August 26th, 2013..

Today and tomorrow will be limited shooting... We are having an Audit of our Quality System so I will be stuck in the building all day...

Here are todays, all inside...

The chicken was about 7 hours on low heat (It was a 6 pound chicken) It was delicious!! (I cut it up after we ate ribs but I was picking while I was cutting!)

We had the ribs for dinner, they took about 3 hours... the beef and pork roasts were about 3 1/2 hours..

The ribs were melt in your mouth good, they were big thick Country style ..

Day 239 - August 27th, 2013.. Last of my Audit days... 12 hours was little to no picture time.. these bunnies (easy shots) were just to fill the quota, sorry...

Day 240 - August 28th, 2013 Busy day but got a break today and got out to shoot... Audit ended yesterday after 12 hours, (6am - 6pm) but it was on a positive note... Perfect Score - Zero Findings!! First time ever from a regulatory body! Anyway, to todays pics..

Morning Fog at HorshoePond.... and a Part that we have laser printed....

A couple more parts... the 2nd is the molded part and 3 of the metal inserts that are over-molded.

Day 241 - August 29th, 2013

happy Thursday!! Even better, I am off for the next 10 days!! Yippee...

Here is todays photos....

One of the larger tools, part is in the shape of a wheel (about 16" in diameter) and runs in a 500 ton press.

2 views of a part.. 1st is about a 3rd view, case for medical item and a detail on one of the threaded inserts..

A flower in front of work... and a proud father and daughter...

catch up from all those days ...

Day 242 - August 30th, 2013

Ok, I am back from vacation and have a lot of pictures to catch up my 365.... 460 total shots, I will be processing for a month!!! Lots of great family shots and I made sure to get a few special shots to share here each day...

Today was the day I flew out...

Parking garage at Manchester... the crowd waiting at the manchester Airport

Arrival at Jacksonville... we rented a car and drove up to Savannah... Our hotel for Fri night.

Friday after checking in we went over to see the kids and Grandkids... Had dinner over there and came back to the hotel.
Saturday we would be heading to the Condo on Hilton Head Island...

Day 243 - August 31st, 2013 Part 1...

Today we had breakfast at the hotel... then headed over to Scott's to visit and go to the park with the kids...
