You and me both. Usually when i cant decide, I will do a reverse vignette, lightening the corners. sometimes it give the effect of additional lighting.

Very nice Helene! great composition. The only thing i would suggest is losing the vignette. If she was more centered, it would work, but her head is in the upper left, hitting that vignetted corner....just a thought.

I don't agree 100% with you Joe, I like the vignette. Maybe it could be dodged just a bit on her hair and over her head. But I think it keeps the eyes on her rather than all around the house.
This is what is so nice with digital, you can try different things and it cost nada.

I took the advice of both of you and reduced the vignetting by 50 % . . . much better effect. Thank you.

Beautiful closeup shot of the apple blossoms, Helene. I shall have to take a shot or two of my apple blossoms this spring...........if the snow ever disappears! lol Stay tuned!
