Well, I'm now an Ex D700 user. I've just delivered my D700 to it's new owner, a proud new Fx young fellow who will, I hope, enjoy this camera as much as I have. I was a bit sad to let it go, but there is no point in holding to it for sentimental reasons.

G.A.S. strikes again!!! CONGRATS!!! What are your initial impressions? Did you have the 18-55mm previously?
Very nice. Yes, I did have the 18-55 with the X-E2 and I also have the 50-230 (the light plastic one that is VERY sharp) and an adapter to use all my nikon lenses (manual focus though) and one to use my older Canon FD lenses. So I've gotten myself a second system that I can go out with. A lot lighter.

I was going to do macros of our indoor flowers with my Fuji, but realized I probably lost my lens adapter (nkkor to fuji X) while I was out in the country last Friday... :sorrow: So I got the Sigma on the D7100 and took a few shots inside since it's drizzling a lot today.

I had a group shot to do yesterday for a cyclist group. I was very lucky to have some clouds move in otherwise I would have been caught with a full backlit shot (the location was imposed).

Today was Fuji and older farm buildings I saw when I went for lunch. I stopped and asked the owner if she would allow me to take pictures and she agreed but while saying: "Why would you want to take pictures of this old stuff?" So, here is the old stuff.
