Cheers Wud, I didn't know how they would turn out at first. It was more of a test shot as for a future project I have planned. Just need a rain coat for my camera now so I can take it out in the heavy rain.
I managed to rescue all the pictures from the laptop and feel that I may (when I have the time) be able to mend the broken hinge. But I have been, for some time now planning on buying a more suable machine for the task of editing. So dropping my laptop has pushed me forward with my plan.

I do that too - test shots :-D

Awesome that you saved the images! I am getting way better remembering to backup, you do that?

Hey flowers are nice and pretty. Nice dark purple color.

I back up now wud. Been procrastinating about it for ages. I guess it takes an accident to open ones eyes! I filled a spare 320GB drive with raw and edits. Gunna make a habit of it now.. have a plan week, month and year.

Love to test shot. Some shots I'm doing now are re-visits. Even now some aren't how I envisaged them. Its all down to progress and progression...

Backups......tell me about it. I did one at Christmas and my external HDD died during the backup (the one with all my files on that I was trying to back up :( ) I lost a whole years worth of photos. Some really good ones (in my mind at least) and a lot of other stuff. Luckily, some of the other stuff was backed up on DVD's, but not my photos :( Lesson learned. Backup more often. Do I?..........no..........

I have a caddy so I don't even need to pay through the nose for expensive external drives. Still didn't back up as often as I should. Its laziness I guess. Going to start doing it once a month now (Or so I say)

Ok I do have a picture but there seem to be a major problem with the site tonight. All my pic's and lots of everybody elses have vanished and it told me I had over 1000 notifacations before freezing up completely. I'll try again tomorrow
