Got a couple more shots of some Wompoo pigeons in a tree beside my house this afternoon, the sun was getting low so they are in the shade unfortunately.

I keep feeling the need for a Tamron 150-600, but the 70-300 will have to do for now.

Went for a walk with camera in hand this afternoon, luckily I did, one of the neighbours horses found its way onto my place, I opened the gate and it went back onto home soil with a bit of coaxing. I will have to check the fence along the creek to see where it got through.
