Yeah, you are probably plagued with them
Where I grew up ( further north of here ) they were fairly common. We had them nesting in the mounds of sand behind our back fence.
Not a common sight around here though, but obviously they are around.

I waited all year for a shot of the Redtailed Black Cockatoo's to post in here as well. The cheeky buggers gave me half a chance at a shot yesterday afternoon.
This is cropped by about 50%, I tried to get closer for a better shot with the red tail feathers showing, but they took off while I was on the move.
