@ RickW...yes at the ripe old age of 13 he knows everything there is to know...of course he forgets that I knew everything there is to know at 12 and since I am now 42 I really know all there is to know including what is best for him...LOL

This is Douglass who is a local c store clerk...cooks some mean catfish and doesn't care to much for cars because he rides a bike everywhere...

I just built this truck seat for my neighbor installed it and new carpet and a new headliner today...need to do the door panels and the dash and she'll be good to go!



All the neighborhood kids are the same age and last year they set up a fireworks stand and did pretty good for themselves...this year they are doing it again and expanding! Country boys are go getters I tell you!

Canadian folks are some of the finest people in the world...I'm so glad we didn'tjack with them during the War of 1812 because we'd screwed their zeitgist up big time...we decided to pick on the Indians instead and look what happened to them...

Thanks Sam I was pretty happy with my photography today got a whole boatload of keepers to many to post...here are the water effect shots...the 105 is an incredibly artistic sort of lens...I paid $100 for mine!

Nephew...he has Duchennes MD...he is a first rate kid! His mother has taken so many pictures of him over the years he instinctively knows how to ham it up for the camera... :)

I'm a pirate not a bank robber! LOL The good old 105/2.5 is a legend for a reason sir and guess what they are CHEAP...for now at least until everyone learns the secret!

Thanks you all...I'm pumped up because I am finally getting the lens to work like I want it to pretty consistently plus I am getting better at manually focusing it...I think there is still a lot of room for improvement too...

Im surprised to hear you struggle in focussing Jeff. Have you thought of trying a different focussing screen ?
It could help no end ! just a thought :D
