Day 118, April 27th Didn't have much time to take pictures today but this afternoon, while eating an apple at Line's place, we heard a loud crack and boom. Looked outside and this huge tree had fallen just about 10 feet from my jeep... Took a few snaps for souvenir:

And a piano person pic for day 117. This person wanted me to wait for her son to get home so she would NOT get herself in the photo. I guess I must be a little charming :orange: because she finally agreed. D700, iso 1000, 24-120 f4 VR, 1/50 f4.

Day 117, April 26th Summer is coming, the leaves are just starting out and so the bugs are already working.

I just had a look outside and saw this sunset. I just had time to grab the camera and take this pic.

Re: D90 pics Nice pic Art, great light on the thing. Here's one I did with the 300 yesterday with my D90. I hadn't even seen the house when I shot it. But it'll make a nice print for sure. Nice lens ;)

Day 116, April 25th Just two piano persons today. Mostly spent the day driving there and back.

Day 115, April 24th Same tree different light:

Day 114, April 23rd Rain again, almost freezing rain that is. Just had time to get out of the car to get a snap from this apple tree that I plan to revisit when it blooms. Converted to B&W and sepia.

Day 113, April 22nd Rainy day, we got snow during the night but it's all melting away now. Photomatix comes to the rescue ;)

Day 110, April 19th I've just got to get back to work, but I took a break and went to the municipal greenhouse. I was fishing for backlit shots for the challenge. Well, I struck. Here are 3 of them: And this one (real flower) which is my favorite:

Day 109, April 18th Just a close-up of the nice color that just started out of the apple tree in my backyard. I'll be spending the afternoon at the dentist, spending lens money on my smile. ;)

I had a chance to get another piano person's portrait this afternoon. This time I made sure the focus was right where it had to be. I closed the lens to 2.8 and it's VERY clean.
