Here's a picture taken in 2011 with my 55 1.2 @ 1.2 with the D700. It's almost a magical specs.

January 12th. It's been a few days that I haven't picked up my camera. I had to take care of my mom and other things to do. So, tonight we cooked spaghetti squash, filled with sauce and fried mushrooms. A real delight for the palate and eyes. D700, 24-120 f4 VR @120, iso 2500, 1/60 f-5

Jan 6th and 7th. Didn't have time to post yesterday but I was enjoying my grand-daughter's company, playing with living sands... :) And today's too cold to shoot outside so I got this shot of the window to show how cold the colour temperature is outside. ;)

January 4th, Going for dinner with my grand daughter, I came across this view of Bromont, ski resort And here's the queen of the party with her tiara and missing teethes.

Ever since I've update to Maverick on both my iMac and Macbook Air, I've lost the "oil paint" filter in CS6. Am I the only one this happened to?

January 3rd, it's still below - 20 degrees C. Even my Inukshuk has frozen. An HDR and the original processed from the darker exposure: Frozen ice mold:

January 2nd. The temperature never came above -20 today so the time outside was limited. A hole in the snow that I titled "Blanc de mémoire"

December 28th walk in the snow

Since I'm not working and the condition with the icy trees are what they are, I hardly can put my camera down. When I look at this, it's a wonder the trees are not all down. Look at all the weight this tiny branch is supporting. D600 with 24-120 F-4

December 27th, Line is enjoying the X-mas tree with her morning coffee. A few more days and it will be gone... D799 HDR 3 exposures, 16-35 f4 VR_II. Pastel filtered in CS6.

December 26th, I took a few shots coming back from work. Both sides of the bridge.

Here's one more from this afternoon that I just processed. HDR from 5 exposures with the D700 16-35 F4. I'm getting closer to the dramatic light I'm looking for.
