My son was carving pumpkins late this evening and I went out and got a shot of him in action. D600 with a Nikon 70-200VR and a 20E III 2X teleconverter shot handheld at ISO 6400. Right out of the camera except to re-size so I could post it. ISO 6400

Something a little different.

One of the hot rods from "Cruisin the Coast 2013". There were over 7,000 registered cars and an estimate of approximately 3,000 more that were here that were not registered. If you like older cars and trucks this is a great way to see them the first of October each year.

I shot this today while I was down at the beach waiting for some planes to fly by to photograph.
