I was driving down a two lane road when I spotted these yellow flowers on the opposite side of the road so I swung over there , rolled down my window and shot this with my D600 using my Nikon 70-200 VR F2.8 lens to get a quick snap before some traffic came and I had to move.

This is a picture of our two lane fishing pier that you can drive out on. It is over a mile long and if you look close you can see a part that sticks out from the pier and that is a turn around that is the half way mark of the pier. It parallels the four lane bridge over to the right hand side...

I managed to get a picture of a visitor from up North today. This is a good example of why I shoot almost 100% with single point focus. The single point focused on the bird and the foreground and background are out of focus.
