Looking for small, clear display stands

Thanks for the info @BF Hammer - I will search for acrylic. I hadn't considered that! As for the light box, I haven't used this one enough to decide how much I do or don't like using it. But I will keep your suggestion in the back of my mind. Thanks!

Looking for small, clear display stands

In the past, I mentioned getting one of these Neewer Tent/Light Cubes. What I'm looking for are small, clear displays so I can photograph smallish items inside it. I'm starting to make some friendship bracelets so something large enough to display them as well as large enough for other small...

    Bracketing question

I'm glad the video was informative. Bracketing would have been helpful with Monday's eclipse. And shooting in continuous allows the camera to capture the number of bracketed images without having to lift your finger off the shutter button.

which camera would be best for retail automation?

My suggestion is to look into some type of dedicated security camera rather than a photography camera - one that is built specifically for the features you desire.

    NJ Tulip Picking

Beautiful photos, Eduard! Actually I've never heard of this location, but it looks to be about 30 miles away. Thanks for the heads-up on this spot!

    hark 2023

All good here. Just about 15 minutes ago we had an aftershock. Marilynne, supposedly it was felt from Maine all the way down to Washington DC. The epicenter was near the Red Mill around Whitehouse Station, NJ. That's about 40 miles away. The thing is there's a fault line running through the area...

    hark 2023

I realize this thread is from 2023, but I don't yet have a new thread started for 2024. So this morning I was watching Shirk Photography's tutorial on one of his actions called Intensify Action. Have any of you ever watched a movie in a theater where the sound was so loud, you can feel the...

    Photo art printing service needed

I've heard really good things about Millers although I haven't used them myself. People who do a lot of volume team photos recommend them and say they use photo paper rather than poster paper.

Need Suggestion on Capturing Night Sky Photography

I suggest looking through some posts by @Moab Man - over the years he's posted several Milky Way images. Here are a couple of his threads if you want to take a look. I think these threads were started on the previous Nikonites forum which is why some of the images are small. When threads got...

    D7200 with the 24-120 f4 FX lens

Did you use the AF Fine-Tuning capability of the D7200 to see if that would help the sharpness?

    Post your latest purchases.

I certainly didn't need another monopod as I already have an aluminum Manfrotto, an aluminum Gitzo, and 2 Sirui monopods (one CF and the other aluminum). But when I saw this Lefoto monopod which has a 20% discount on 3 of the models, I opted to try this one - the Leofoto MP-364C 4 Section CF...

D7500 shoots even when not in focus

I set all of my bodies to focus only. When using BBF and AF-C, there are times when it refuses to take the photo if I've missed focus. However, there were times when I'd take photos that were still out of focus. So what I did was to enable the red focus point/box to show up on the images after...
