Thank you all, the angel in the sky is something that keeps me looking up, every time we have a deployment is see one. I guess its one of life's little reminders that someone is watching over us!

Very nice misty, but it would have been nicer if they had more room in front of them then behind with the cropping. This is kind of a rule I'd guess to always leave more room in front of someone instead than in the back. Same with portraits.

Thank you for the tip Marcel, I will for sure remember that. I've been told that by the teacher a few times if only I can just remember it in the moment. I think I just get stuck on the method of unwanted space and objects. still learning to balance the three for what photo. after looking at it again your very right.

Today was about farewells and appreciation.

Eclipse first two are from the day of at about 2pm and the others are around 6:30pm. the eclipse was taken holding up old X-ray film.

in the first photo I am not sure if that is the moon near the sun or just a reflection, photo was taken on the D5100 using and ND8 filter 18-55mm lens.

Sorry all I have been gone, I decided one day to show my children why you should not have drinks near the computer. Yikes, waiting for it to get fixed and new parts in place until then no new stuff. :{ hopefully this week. until then I will have to find a way to download them to a different place. I miss my after shoot fun and posting.
