If ime honest this is not as high on my list as it was,hence the new camera body,my thinking is i will give it a while and see may upgrade the 55-300 first.

I have the 80-400 the 70-200 and honestly have been waiting for this.

Hopefully when stocks are plentiful my local dealer will lend me one,my concerns are based on my age and and general health,its back to the old problem if your fit enough to carry a tripod you probably don't need one for a 600 with OS,the 400 i can hand hold to an extent,dont want to spend money on the extra 200mm if i cant use it most of the time.
Just have to wait and see,have set myself up with a lighter manfrotto and gimble head so who knows.

I'll be looking to get one, but maybe not for a while... I may even see if the market for 2nd hand 150-500's picks up when it releases.

Before the end of this month is a good time to get the 150-500 £649 or less with the cash back,if they did this to upset the tamron launch the delay may make sigma extend it.
