Thanks...yep, the celery is in the bleu cheese. and that is indeed tin foil. Wings dipped in the bleu is the best. You are correct...the ONLY way to make a TRUE Buffalo wing is with Frank's hot sauce. An original recipe is just Franks, and melted butter. Deep fried, never battered or baked. Thats it. Some places around here add spices etc, and put their own spin on it...and they are good, but I prefer the original Buffalo recipe. Frank's even makes a pre mixed "buffalo sauce" now...Its more or less on the medium side. Makes it easy for when you make them at home.
