I took this one a few years back in Sainte Mère Eglise, France. I was there visiting the D-Day sites. This is a fence across from where the paratroops landed that was damaged on D-Day. This city was the first one freed on D-Day. (If you saw the movie The Longest Day and remember the scene where Red Buttons is hanging from a parashoot, this is literally across the street from the church.)

Nikon D70s, Nikkor 18-70mm lens @ 70mm, ISO 200, f/4.5, 1/125 second

This was shot from inside an abandoned building - abandoned for at least 10 years, yet the yellow in the background is a very alive and healthy rose bush - alive and thriving in this environment that reeks of decay and disuse.

You can also Google it and find several places that define what it is. BTW, I think it should be spelled Bokeh not Bokah.
