Beautiful guitar. It reminds me of the Alvarez Classical I used to have...and was subsequently stolen...8 years ago. Which reminds me...I have to go and restring my great-nieces acoustic soon. I bought her some new strings for Xmas.

I was going to stop by the Krispy Kreme store and take a shot of their donut line, but they weren't "Hot Now". How would that have gone over?

I play my great-nieces guitar whenever I get over there. I can't afford another guitar.

I was able to leave work earlier than normal today, and and planned to shoot the sunset over the local pier. The weather had other plans,a s you might be able to see from the first shot, looking south into the Gulf of Mexico. The thermometer in my car indicated that the temperature was 37 F when I drove into the parking lot, and while I was one the beach, it rained and sleeted on me, but very lightly. The sunset never materialized, so I took this shot to the Gulf and pier.

After that, I wanted to warm up, so I stopped by the Krispy Kreme and had a cup of hot coffee and bought a dozen Original Glazed to take home. My children will enjoy those tomorrow morning. While I was there, I wanted to explore an idea I previously had, which lead to these two shots.




Someone thought the late-night photo of M&M's was cruel, so I won't post a shot of a doughnut!

I think my daughters bought a lot of them on clearance after the holidays. They taste the same afterwards as they did before.
