Whilst we're in soppy mode, you may like this old legend:
Once upon a time there was a single beautiful being. It was happy with life, it contained all that was good from a woman & all that was good from a man. It was so happy & contented that it didn't have much time or inclination for anything as it was so happy & content. It believed that it was the centre of the world. This made God angry & He decided to punish the beautiful being by splitting it into two parts, one part man & one part woman & he sent each part to the opposite end of the earth.
Every man & every woman has their perfect part & their soul is not complete until they find their other part. Some people may take years to find their part & some people will never find their part, but they must spend their life looking. Once they have found their part, their life is complete, their souls will be together again & they will be happy for eternity.
I still get cravings like what is mentioned. But I haven't counted them nor timed how long they last. I do know that the morning is one of those times.

From what I remember about quitting, the morning cravings can be reduced by taking a tall glass of water BEFORE you have that coffee. It's the coffee + cig that lights up the craving.
The next project should be the Pepsi - sugar is poison!
So here is the plan in a nutshell …
dump the pepsi - replace with hot water and freshly squeezed lemon (no sugar)
Obviously there will be a craving for that "fizz" sound of cracking the can, that delicious nectar sliding down the throat as the little soda bubbles pop and bounce around.
But hey did you notice something?
Not once was thought ever given to those pesky cigarettes.
Now after the Pepsi …..
You'll have the camera and won't need anything ever.
Oh sh*t now he has NAS ….
I GIVE UP!
You get headaches from lemon because that is likely the toxins coming out.
