Still warm weather pictures with a 250€ solution (D70s + Hexanon 100mm) vs one 10* more expensive (D7000 + 70-200 VRII):

Nice D70s shots,have you used the 70-200 on it

Yes, I tend to switch lenses. When I was with the swan I started with the 500mm on the D7s and the 70-200mm + TC on the D7000 (to do BIF).
When the 500 did not want to focus in the mist I switched it to the D7000, so the 70-200mm + TC went on the D70s. There was some bird noise that I chased with the D70s, but the focus was too slow for little birds. It works well, but the D7000 (obviousely) outperforms it.
I sometimes prefer the D70s pictures to the D7000, the above shots I took most shots with both and took the one I preferred.
