I love this shot . . . my most favorite flower in the world! (which I cannot grow here . . . sigh)

I really like this piano shot, Marcel. Everything about is just right to me. I love how the windows are not blown out . . . inside/outside view.
Very nice.

Been busy with convention organization and just work.

This is what I had in mind for the sky challenge. Unfortunately, I couldn't get home to my computer to process the HDR file in time. But, it was shot yesterday night as a last resort kind of thing.

Honestly Marcel, I like the second one best. How-ever, it should be noted that I am NOT a big fan of HDR.

I have way too much trouble spelling it to ever become proficient in it! :p

I like them both. I like the contrast in BW in the first one, makes it look dramatic.
The second is peaceful, with the birds way in the distance. It looks quiet.

It's hard to say what the judge would have done with either one of these had you submitted them; but it would have made the rest of us submitters nervous about your pics. Nice shots.

We all better watch out when Pete becomes proficient in HDR though!!!

Black and White day for me, Line is going to Europe for 2 weeks and it was kind of sad to see her go.

All nice pics Marcel! I was in the sheet metal business many many moons ago and can appreciate the artistic side of these sheet metal collars.

Each photo has a different feel to it, like Jen said, and both are well done. My personal preference is the second one. something very soothing about it.

Today is a rainy day so I just went to my backyard with the 35-70 2:8 and shot this very simple flower bud.
