That rocking chair and the deck the book is on look like very lovely places to relax :cool: That is ALOT of ummm decorations.... LOL very interesting you wouldn't get bored while awaiting your dinner to arrive Sigh sunshine and so much colour I love it :D

Hey Ted, too many to comment on!! :) Lots of good shots, I probably like the centered track under the lift (looks like a drawbridge?) as one of my fav's!

Thanks Rocky, you're always so kind. The bridge was hinged. I was really hoping a train would come by so I could see it operate. As for the photos, my favorite was the third one with the No Tresspassing sign. Just goes to show..... different strokes........

OK. OK, enough is enough.

These are the last three from my walkabout at Fort Lauderdale's Riverwalk. It's a mixed-bag, but 3 of my favorites, for different reasons.

Why? I like the exaggerated perspective and the composition of angles.

Why? I like seeing the Moon, and the clouds over the ocean give an impression of mountains. Mountains in Florida!

I love the last one. When I lived on Vancouver Island we lived in a small old town and one of the historic stores was painted very much like this. Made me smile to see such bright colours everytime I passed it :cool:

We have mountains in FL. You'll see them in some movies and TV shows. The first few episodes of Simon and Simon was supposed to be in the FL Keys. There was a very nice mountain in lots of the scenes.
