Nope, it took me to posts 1-35 actually.
I have a different setting so please, whenever anyone would like to report a stolen photo to me, give me the link and the post number, please.This one has been deleted.

I want him banned and every single post of his on that site deleted! Trust me, someone is getting a letter from my attorney if it doesn't happen. And I want the site to issue an apology to any Nikonite that finds their work on there without permission!!
Oh, I'm sorry but we won't do that. You're welcome to contact an attorney but you can only request that we take down your photos - which I have already done - and I'm prepared to keep doing it until all of your images are deleted.
I have also apologized. However, this is where I draw the line. You have my cooperation but I'd like an attitude changed as well. We do not even have to do this until you provide proof they are your photos or issue an official cease and desist letter.
So please, calm down and list the photos you'd like me to remove. I am not under any obligation to comply with your demand and certainly will not ban anyone just because you tell me to...

If you would like to go that route I will be more then happy to send a cease and desist letter to the cooperation. I don't know that you realize the trouble that you can get into. Your member is violating United States Federal Copywrite laws. I will go through all 124 pages of his posts. And I will call my attorney about you continuing to allow your members to commit federal crimes with your knowledge. How you can stand up for him and refuse to delete a member that breaks FEDERAL LAWS is beyond me.

Yes, I deleted them because they were off topic. Our policy is to take care of such things in private. If you insist on posting there, you will also get banned.

Trolling a forum for this is wrong, I'll admit. This shouldn't happen. Private talks are always best. But, letting others on both sites know will help stop others from trying to do the same because they'll now know someone is watching them. One of your members stole property that belonged to someone else. That's wrong weather legal or moral. You know that, I'm sure. We're just trying to sort it and make sure that he's not an issue to other photographers out there on the net. (Well, at least, minimize damages done and make sure he knows that he's been caught this time doing so.)

Damon I understand that you are pissed off beyond belief...Jeff and Rick are too but please just listen to me for one second. Guess what? MCM has stolen pictures from members OVER THERE and posted them OVER HERE! Surprise surprise surprise as Pyle would say. Now would it be fair to have one of those members over there coming over here and giving JDEG the funk? No JDEG is innocent just like Marka is...all they can do is all they can do I assure you they are doing the best they can. MCM is who we need to be after...

Yes, please just cooperate with Marka. Just send them the post number and link. Marka has not done anything wrong. Even moderators on this site can not be sure that EVERY single photo posted here is actually one taken by the poster. We work on an honor system here, plain and simple. I do however understand why Damon would be very upset, since he makes a living with his photos. Though, nothing will get solved if both parties are at each others throats. Let's do this the right way and have this guy stopped.
