Found this injured Tawny Frog Mouth on the side of the road this afternoon, rescued him and took him to the vets who look after native fauna.

Really like this shot Scott. Also have to say y'all have some interesting animals. The Tawny Frog Mouth was just a bit different looking. Glad you could rescue it. Nice shots.

Wednesday 18th January 2017 - Evelyn and I went for a drive to find some leichhardt grasshoppers. Unfortunately they seem to have gone underground already, so instead we helped a South Korean couple find Nanguluwur rock art site which they had been searching for 2 days.

We had a nice thunderstorm skirt around us and the wind roared through the trees, at first it sounded like a car.

Went for another drive this afternoon, thundery overcast day again.

This old Landcruiser has seen better days, Cahills crossing is unforgiving for those that attempt to cross when its too high. It is also known for its large and numerous Salt water crocodiles.

Another day and the weather is definitely coming in, shortly after getting out and taking these images the skies greyed even more and the rain started. Hasn't stopped now for 3 hrs.
