a few more from Sunday's outing, are geese the new guard dogs??, the lizard needs to go on a diet, he was large, these hawks never sit still very long, the window of opportunity is short.

That was the same with my wife. She was in her 40s when she started. The lower levels she did pretty good but when she got to the black belt levels it go harder for her. She started getting arthritis in her fingers and hitting people with her hands started to hurt. She stopped when she got her first degree belt because once you get to that level you keep it for life. the others you lost if you don't continue. She said she had worked to hard to lose it.

I earned my black belt when I was around thirty and ended up teaching for several years. It was a challenge then and I cannot imagine what it took to get it at age forty. Tell her I said my hats off to her for even trying it and sticking with it until achieving her black belt

yes about 10 miles away Don, I waited too long this morning, I didn't know it was light up, darker the better??

a few from this mornings walk around Lake Elsinore, I will be visiting here again, says there is mountain cats and rattlers, maybe I will finally get to see a live snake?
