No problem Roy! Always fun looking at bird pics, and if I get to share too, well that's just icing on the cake. Western Meadowlarks sing so beautifully. Great birds to watch.

i liked the silhouette this made, a bird, some flowers and the sun through some grass

anyone know what the name of the small flowers are in picture 3, they are all over the place and in all different colors.

It's lantana. It is one of the worst weeds over here. It has taken over vast areas of rainforest. I have lots of it on my place and am gradually clearing it out.....along with the camphor laurels, singapore daisy and mile a minute creeper I should be busy until I die

Lantana flowers are pretty tho, and I think there are non-invasive ones. The ones we have, that are a big problem are pink.

i spotted these two young ladies twirling in the park and asked if i could take their pictures

day 110.

at lake hemet today, some birds.

i got a few of the red winged black bird and in all of them the red feathers looked puffed up like this, are these house martins in the last shot??

he sat like this for a while, dont know if it was to clean his feathers?? but what a strange head...

the eagle sat here all morning, never did a fly by, much to my disappointment.
