It is a tree blossom. I believe it is called a Jeruselem Dogwood. Wev would probably know for sure. We have pink and white dogwoods blooming now. They are so lovely in woodland settings but many are planted as ornamentals in suburban settings. Of course Dogwood was said to be the wood of the true cross of Jesus Christ.For us who don't know - which flower is this last one?

But, i leave tomorrow for the Blue Ridge parkway and will not be back until next Sunday. if it blooms and fades while I am gone I will just spit. Might find one in bloom down in North Carolina; we will just have to see.
