Day 217 - August 5th, 2013.... Monday, back to work... all shots D7100
A couple of parts on my desk... both of which we are having issues with...
Sigma 105 Macro
Went to Horsehoe Pond at break... using the Nikon 18-105... as I entered the pond area.
as I reached the bottom of the boat ramp, spotted these guys in the marsh....
I switched back to the Sigma and went looking for insect.. very windy so did not find a lot...
I spotted the yellow flower on the way to the pond. Stopped on the way back to work and shot these
two with the Sigma macro.
back to work... thats all folks!

Windy or not, this one is a WOW in my books! Love the glow of the wings and the shadow underneath! FANTASTIC!!!

Very nice close-ups for a windy day. It doesn't take much to ruin a macro shot…I know

Day 218 - August 6th, 2013....
Busy Busy Busy day at work... hard to get out much for good pics except on the weekend... You made do with the hand dealt and do your best ..
Not intentional but all of todays were all done with the Sigma 105 Macro...
Parts returned from a customer and mounting bolts/clamps for a tool....
Fishing at Horseshoe Pond... and a bug
Floral along with a guest... and a fern at Horseshoe...
This flower was 1/2 mile from my house... I have seen it before

First ones, Sigma 105mm f/2.8 Macro
These are from work..... Carbon Electrodes for cutting steel for moldmaking..
1st is units on a cart, 2nd is a bank loaded in an Auto Changer on a machine.
Molded part, contact inserts overmolded... and the tool that makes the part!
Horsehoe Pond... Looking for insects...
Switched to the Nikon 18-105mm zoom.... A couple home gardens around the pond...
A look across the pond... and does anyone need tires from Fred Sanford??

Today, well D7100 and the Tokina 12-24 Lens... all photos with this combo...
In the Plant - 1st is a machine set up to discharge parts in a soft walled portable Clean Room
2nd is a shot of our Hard Walled Clean Room
back room (10000 Square Feet) of our plant... House in Nashua on the way to Holman Stadium..
A couple shots of Holman Stadium in Nashua....
Lat pair is another shot of Holman and a Chapel in Hudson NH on my way home..
