Day 32 - Feb 1, 2013.. (I know I will get these dates screwed up!)

Today I had a mission... I had seen an old stone bridge from my car with a stream and thought it might make a good HDR. My plan was to head over at lunch... but first...

Spotted this when I was getting in the truck....

While at work, I shot this of the 3rd shift inspector (about 6:30am)

There was also a post about color sketch and
I shot this to check something for my response...

At this point, it was back to work until my lunch break...

Day 32 continued....

Ok, lunch came and I headed out for my special shot... Got there and parked my truck
and walked around to the rail to get the shot... NOT impressed, too many tree's in the
way and I was probably 6 lower than on the road in my truck.. I shot it anyway but the
HDR was not impressive.. This is normal metered shot.

On the way backto work, spotted this.. the shot
is an HDR inspired by many of Ted's excellent HDR shots.

Lastly, on the way home, grabbed this flag shot...

Day 33 - Feb 2, 2013

Took a little cruise looking for a shot or 2 down by the Nashua River... but,
before I left... Saw Jingles laying on the arm of couch. We need to balance all
these cat photos with some dogs...

He is looking at me with what appears great interest... BUT...

DSC_3410.jpg

He is obviously bored and would rather sleep!!

Spotted this truck on the way out....

DSC_3413.jpg

Then these powerlines .. same but a couple different angles..

On the way out from the river, spotted these in a back lot. Again,
HDR inspired by and tribute to Ted.. Thanks for some of these ideas Ted!

Last, as I pulled in my drive, saw this rock from the
receding snow......

Looks like you had some sunshine and blue sky. We haven't seen that in days. :) Nice photos. The bridge is interesting. I know I could explore it for quite a while.

Thanks Barb! Yes, the sun re-appeared first Thurs afternoon and we have had it the last 2 days. Not warm, 25 when I went out today.. The banks are a bit high and with snow and mud, I did not venture down to the bridge... likely will when I can get better footing.

Day 36 - Feb 5, 2013

Sick-Sick-Sick.. went to work today only because we had an important conference call with a customer, then was heading home.. In an old section of Nashua I planned to grap a few shots of some of the homes for my dailey.. In the meantime, I was able to get in to my doctor... Anyway... I managed to get several home shots...

Day 36 Continued......

Last seen driving through Nashua photographing houses... Then I had to head to the doctors...

On the way, I spotted this bit of Historical Graffitti... If you want to know more, look up the Nashua Dodgers as they brought in two black players that year who later played in the Big Leagues with the Brooklyn Dodgers. Don Newcombe and Roy Campanella were both signed by the Dodgers and played for the first racially integrated baseball team based in the United States in the 20th century, the 1946 Nashua Dodgers of the New England League.

Interesting piece of Baseball History!
Oh, and the Doc, says Brochial infection and on antibiotics.

If you grap a picture, is that a northern expression? LOL

Great houses. The red one is my favorite, a little Munsters/Addams familyish.

Get better!
