Oh come on Mike you could do it! It was today's workout for myself. I went up and down it 10 times (52 x 10 = 520 steps) I am determined to accomplish several goals in my life. (Lose weight, finish my degree, make a few websites, make a small photography side business, and get a job)

When you have done those steps 30 times Wendy let me know. That would probably equal my stair count for a day. Not including the 7 miles of walking.LOL

Wow! Thirty times?! Hmmm... that sounds like a challenge though. I did it 10x so working my way to 20 more seems reasonable. You're ON! Oh and the seven miles...hmmm ok... I'll work my way to that as well. I do three as of now. :-D

I'm so jealous of you guys. 20 and 30 trips up and down the steps... All I can say is Wow. That many steps for me had better be leading up to an emergency room.

I barely caught this one going by today. Colorado has a major fire going on that has been going on for a couple of days now. Many people have lost their homes and others are evacuated.

Yea!!! My beans are growing. I am trying to have a small container garden on my patio to get a least a few vegetables of my own. I see they are beginning to grow.

Beautiful pink spring flowers Wendy! Everything is still, well, not blooming yet, still snow in the shaded areas. Your shots makes me warm and fuzzy thinking about the warmer weather to come. :)
