Day 167
Moon Struck

I would have like to done a little more with this photo I was getting really close with it but the dew was starting to fall and I had too many things outside that didn't need to get wet.

Camera is about 12 feet away, remote is in my left hand. Wi-Fi card used in Camera, A laptop out of frame to the right of the Telescope so I can see my exposure full screen as I shot.

Day 168
Leaf it alone

This is new leaf growth, a tiny little leaf who texture screamed at me to take it picture.

The halo you see around the leaf is not PP. I was under the tree almost shooting in to the sun. The leaf tips are really that green.

Could not pass this one up, don't know why.

Chris, Yes this has been through Photoshop and Lightroom. Even before I ran it through I knew is would sharpen up nicely. I had the kids at the park working on my weekly challenge and spotted this little gem. This is the third time today I changed my 365 even before I posted it. Dumped to others for this one that I had already worked up.

Pete, No I'm not turning over a new leaf, still "Bad to the Bone". I don't think the world is ready for a new Rick. Besides if I did I think Philip Morris and the Miller Brewing Company would go bankrupt if I did.

Thank you all for your comments

Well done. Did your D90 auto focus on the boy and then on the splash or had you run some test shots first and manually focus. Very sharp focus on both.

Nice job on the eyeball Rick@!!! The DOF is so shallow that the eyebrow is 25% in focus and 75% out of focus (I'm pretty darn good with math yah see), though the eyeball is sharp.
