Got my tripod mount for the Sigma 100-400 but
It is from the only guy i could find in the UK selling them and they are cheaper than from China for a reason, they look as though they could be a first production batch with a stupid mistake, it fits and is solid so i am keeping it, just obviously does not fit quiet as intended.
Looks okay to me at first glance... What am I missing?

I love wide angle lens. The wider the better. I have the amazing trinity of Fuji f2 lenses (23mm, 35mm and 50mm) plus the 18mm/f2 pancake. Nice light kit. I was reading yet another review of the Laowa 9mm/f2.8 rectilinear UWA when Google popped up an ad for a like new used one at B&H for about one-third off. It came today. Wow is it tiny! It is only 2.09 x 2.36" / 53 x 60 mm and weighs 7.58 oz / 215 g.

I picked up a Black Rapid Sport strap so the camera can rest on my left side. I wasn't aware they made them for left side use. The one I've been using can be worn on either side, but I really wanted the tether to keep the shoulder pad from moving.

On my d5100 and d7000 I used the Sigma 10 - 20.

Aftet searching the internet and reading reviews as well watching VDO's, I decided to get the Sigma 8 - 16

Yesterday I ordered a Sony a6300. I sold my Nikon gear, which I bought 3 month ago. It was a decision made of my current health problem. It doesn't get better it can be only stabilized. Dis state I didn't know on December.

Capture 1 software.
My Adobe subcription expires on the 22nd, never use photoshop and I was using lightroom less since I have DXO Photolab2. I liked free fuji version of capture 1 so I tried the pro version and decided to get it. So bye bye adobe.

Post on how your new system is working out for you and how it compares to your previous equipment.

I’ve never been a brand snob unless the brand is junk. Sony, Canon, Fuji they’re just different tools for the job.

I have heard great things about that camera. Enjoy it!
