I like that camera. All of the important (basic) controls are right where they "should be", if you are an old film person.

edit: did that hot shoe protector come free with the camera? ;)
It's a great little camera, looking forward to getting more familiar with it :)

I have a few extra hot shoe covers laying around and like protecting the hotshoe contacts while not in use :)

Just what I need - a new hobby. Not
But I've got a couple of vintage cameras and they grab my eye whenever I see one. No real interest in shooting some film with them (but would not rule out that out) just dabbling in the vintage collector hobby. I was able to find and download a PDF of the original manual.

A Kodak Dualflex II. This is the "Kodet Lens" model. All the buttons seem to work, shutter works, looked inside, clean, could work?

Oh the memories. This was actually my first camera type in the middle 1950's.

DSC_8505+Benro A150FBR0 Tripod-0001.jpg

Picked up a used Benro tripod from our local buy and sell on-line site. It is designed for smaller cameras. My plan is to use it as a OCF speedlight stand. Legs go nice and wide for very stable stand. Label says Benro A150FBR0 Tripod, fits into that small carry case.

Wow, that's a nice Father's day gift. I will be lucky to get just a hot dog. Ha! I have been looking at that lens, but just can't seem to get the trigger pulled yet. Ha!

Father's Day - I missed Father's Day already? Must be earlier where you are, I still have to wait until the middle of June.

And I can only wish for a gift like that one. And I am.

Now go forth and shoot wide - ultra wide.

I will trade you an eight pack hotdogs kit for that lens. All you will need is heat and some assembly will be required. I will even cover the postage for the lens. All I will need is your address 😀
