Just ponied up the scratch and bought the license for AutoPano Giga.
Lately I've been thinking about a second body,( Am I related to Bill you might ask?!!) My goal was to reduce my lenses changes in the field. And have a second camera I won't think twice about keeping in the car for sudden photo ops. I won't do that with my 7100. But after looking around I found a decent camera that fits the bill. And I didn't break the bank on this.
Refurb. Nikon D3200
Vello battery grip
Dr. Watson battery.
Well, I've had my D610 body for a couple of weeks now and I have been holding out trying to save up the money for some really nice glass, but today I cracked and spent some of it on a used Nikkor 24-85mm. I got a good deal on lens listed as 'never been out of the box' so I couldn't resist. I just need to start using this toy. Got a few more days to wait now for delivery, then I can start clicking the shutter and officially get in the Nikon club![]()
Never say cracked and glass in the same post. Very bad karma! j/k. Enjoy your new lenses. Will be looking forward to seeing how it does.
Haha, i'll try and remember that.
You are not the only one looking forward to seeing how it does. I had to justify to my wife, why I needed another camera, so I'm hoping there's some sort of button on it or preset that I can set to 'miracle shot'![]()
Dont get to post on this thread very often but i got the Tamron 150-600
I could have got another lens nearly for the cost of the filter![]()
What is the filter size on that bad boy?

A couple months ago, I went to buy a grip for my D7100, but the local store didn't have any Nikon ones. They had a 3rd-party which they highly recommended. However, while on my trip it stated to make intermittent contact with the body, so I lost some shots. So today, they returned the 3rd party grip, credited me the cost, and I paid the difference for an OEM Nikon grip. Hopefully no more non-firing shutter.
