Nice and colorful anyway. The wind is certainly a problem for flowers and macro thats for sure. When it is windy, I normally set the camera up on the tripod and wait for a break between gusts, then click the remote.

carry one of those small travel umbrellas. Preferably a light color. They collapse down small enough to fit in a pocket, but a big enough to cut down on the wind. It helps if you have a remote or tripod. But I have been able to hand hold the D90 and the umbrella and still get a keeper shot off.
