As partial as I am to my trusty D70, the more I use the 5200 with the kit lens, the more I like it. It's amazing how much more technologically advanced these cameras have become! Gorgeous photo, and based on your location, I'm seeing a female Black-chinned hummingbird

Yes, very common here, though we are seeing a lot more of the feisty little rufus lately. They are fun to shoot, but leave no time for fiddling settings -- take a slew and hope for the best.
