Solid photos. I would suggest bumping the shutter speed just a touch. The vehicles should be sharp and the background be blurred. Usually indicates too slow of a shutter speed or camera movement.

Sorry, not sure what year the beetle is. Will this help you identify? (based on the plate, my guess is it's a 69, lol)

The rear fenders indicate they are from a '67 or older. The holes are for the plumber bumpers. '68 and up did not have those holes because of the blade bumpers.

With the headlights being the older covered lights, that indicates a '66 or older.

How-ever, all of this is predicated on AMERICAN versions of the Beetle. I didn't realize this was a CANADIAN Beetle.

So all bets are off! :)

Still a very nice ride!

I'm curious now. If you would have won the bet, what would you have rewarded yourself with? :)

I'm diabetic.

I would have rewarded myself with a chocolate shake! But it would have been a small one. Just about a gallon would do it! :)

That is very tempting indeed! Just drink enough to start vibrating, lol. I knew a guy who was diabetic and he never listened to us. He would always eat junk food, donuts and soda. No matter how many times we expressed our concern, he would just keep doing it. Some people just have hard heads;)
