Continuation of my all night lockdown at an indoor BMX freestyle park. Lighting the rider with a snoot.

Feb 14 of my Photography Project 366 - A failed attempt.

So I tried a few new things today. Helicon Focus and the Helicon program for controlling your focus and taking pictures. Both were a disaster. The program taking pictures took a lot of pictures but not the full range it was suppose to. The focus stacking program generated a black white something. Wasn't a black and white photo, not sure what it was. Below, for today, is an attempt at using Photoshop CC to stack. To put it simply, today's photo attempt was an unmitigated disaster. But I now know what doesn't work to try again in the future.

I don't know but maybe you could post it in the abstract thread.

It makes me a little dizzy... okay really dizzy... That is a sure sign that Abstract is the place for it.

I rely on vision for balance and too much info makes me dizzy... cannot look at the swirl shots either... On the upside - keeps me out of WalMart and Big Box Stores :cheerful:
