Actually @mikew, it is a Eurasian or Collared dove. They are not native to the US. The Mourning dove does not have the black collar. The White-Winged, Mourning, Eurasian, and Inca dove I know. Those are some of the few birds that I do know. Ha!
LOL, I called it morning dove because it was morning and it was a dove.
Then I guess it wasn't "Mourning" in the morning, it was just morning when you saw the dove. Ha! The Eurasian Collared dove have multiplied so much and being they are non-native, it is open season to hunt them all year round in Arizona without a limit.LOL, I called it morning dove because it was morning and it was a dove.

I like this last one and think you could do a few more with a bit more by way of links and a bit less. realy cool
My methodology that got me to three links showing was what my end product I had in mind. I wanted the last link to be in the center of the image and I wanted the link to be the size it came out. Those parameters put me at coincidentally three links.
I didn't really have it in mind for more, less, or how many I ended up with. It was all driven by presentation of the last link.
Glad you like it. Looks like a book cover to me.
It would even look good in the horizontal.
