Went back to the Wood Duck nest and guess who was back! At least this time, momma was sitting on her eggs.

They were at the retention pond diving like crazy, but couldn't get them through the chain linked fence.

The above gator went under the boardwalk. These Mottled ducklings were headed that way. Mom was a little concerned, but they went under the boardwalk.

And came out the other side without any incident from the gator.

Today at Green Cay

Yesterday I received a text that the Wood Ducks were hatching. This morning all the photographers were lined up. I wasn't in the correct spot to get them all.
