A few days ago, one of my photography friends asked me if I was shooting with a D500. I told her yes. She asked if I wanted another one. I said I had two, one worked, the other is broken and needs to go to Nikon for repairs. She said she wasn't trying to sell it, she wanted to just give it to me. She switched from Nikon to Sony Mirrorless. I told her she should trade it in for something she needs. For two days, I tried to convince her to trade it in. She said she didn't want to be bothered, so I am now the new owner of another D500 with 128610 shutter clicks. I'm replacing my D7100 with it and passing my D5100 along to another friend.
These are my first shots with it.
